Standard ground shipping is FREE for most orders $100 and over in the continental United States.* Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. We use all major carriers to ship orders. Smaller items are typically sent by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and the United States Postal Service. Larger products are shipped by common carrier freight companies.
Free Standard Shipping refers to curbside delivery for packages brought via a freight carrier or delivery to door when brought via UPS, Fedex or USPS.
*NOTE: Some products require a Special Handling fee and will be noted as such on the website.
Unless White Glove Delivery is chosen, the client is responsible for removing the crating or box. Some minor assembly may be required.
Inside Delivery is an upgraded delivery option available on some products. The item will be delivered by a freight carrier and brought inside your home (ground-level only). Important Note: The freight carrier cannot carry your lift chair up any stairs nor will they unpack the lift chair to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (the standard width of the box). If your doorway is not large enough to accommodate a box of this size, please consider White Glove Delivery.
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery service. A white glove agent will deliver the product into your home at the time you specified. The agent will unpack the item and remove all packaging materials.

o remove any packaging material

Most of our standard products are shipped within 1-5 business days. Actual delivery is dependent upon your location. *The pandemic has caused extended lead times, product shortages and delivery delays. The expected ship times are noted on each particular product page. Exceptions are noted also noted there, when necessary.
Once the product has shipped, shipment tracking information will be emailed to you.

Lift chairs that are in stock and need no customization will ship in 2-5 business days. Chairs that are “builders” that are not stock and require special colors or options can take from 5 to 25 business days to produce depending on the model, fabric and options you have selected. Call customer service at 1-855-563-9900 for a specific delivery time. In most cases, we can check inventory to see if the specific model that you want is in stock. Lift chairs are delivered via freight carrier.
Most travel, folding and standard power wheelchairs leave the warehouse within 1-5 business days. Custom power chairs with non-standard seat sizes or other custom options can take from 1-2 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer. Full-size power wheelchairs are delivered via freight carrier.
Most Scooters like Pride Mobility or Drive Medical scooters are delivered within 6-10 business days. All medium or full size scooters are delivered via freight carrier.
Second Day and Overnight Shipping is available on some items.
