Description

The Standard of the Industry and the recliner that started it all! This first recliner specifically designed to improve the comfort and mobility of residents in extended care facilities. The Lumex Three Position Recliner easily adjusts into any one of three positions: sitting, TV or full recline. Recliners offer numerous therapeutic benefits including position changes that can aid in circulation and ease discomfort from respiratory, heart and other ailments.

Features
  • A position lock allows only the caregiver to secure the chair in any one of the three easily attained positions. Recliner encourages natural relaxation and improved blood circulation.
  • Flex-o-Lator seat support system increases comfort by reducing the risk of “bottoming out”.
  • Ergonomically designed seat and back with varied density foam construction provides correct support. Articulating headrest quickly adjusts to maximize individual comfort requirements.
  • For safer, easier transport, the Lumex Three Position Recliner features two, four inch casters (one that swivels) with wheel locks and four inch fixed front wheels.
  • The molded activity table can be fixed in position or left unsecured for easy exit from the recliner.
  • Durable welded steel epoxy coated frame is easy to clean and maintain.
  • Weight Bearing Capacity: 250 pounds.

Most of our products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned at the customer's expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new condition. For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indications of usage.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging. You can purchase new packaging for lift chairs and mobility products by calling customer service at 1-856-563-9900

  • A Return Authorization must be requested from American Quality health Products  within 14 days of actual delivery of the product.

  • Once an RA has been received, products must be shipped within 5 days.

These products are non-returnable:

  • Parts

  • Accessories

  • Special order or special request items.

  • Items that need to be built i.e. Non Stock items.

  • Custom items we make for you.

  • Items you customize for yourself.

  • Used items no longer resalable.

  • Items missing packaging, parts, or instructions.

  • Items specifically marked non-returnable.

There are certain products that are custom-made by the manufacturer and are non-returnable:

  • Ultralight weight wheelchairs

  •  Sport wheelchairs

  • Lift Chairs with custom fabrics and/or heat and massage

  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs

  • Tracer IV Custom heavy-duty wheelchairs

For hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Bathroom products

  • Mattresses

  • Slings

  • Braces

  • Cushions and Backs

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns! We do not credit shipping charges, insurance, customs charges, or return shipping fees. Restocking fees calculated from your purchase price of the returned items, minus any discounts received.

American Quality Health Products offers free shipping on most all products we sell, however, when an item is returned the original outbound shipping charges are deducted from your credit.

All returned products require a Return Authorization number. You may also call us at 1-855-563-9900 or email us at [email protected] to request an RA number. Please include your order number, name and the item number you are returning.

PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RA number will not be credited. To receive credit, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the RA Number and shipping information were provided by Americanqualityhealthproducts.com.

Return Shipping

Unless American Quality health Products made an error, return freight is the customer's responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RA number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.

Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, American Quality health Products reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. In addition, if a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed, American Quality health Products will institute a $15 fee per missed scheduled pickup.

White glove shipping is non-refundable, even if item is returned.

Cancelled Orders

Orders placed online can be cancelled prior to the order being processed and sent to the delivery queue shipping. Some of our manufacturers i.e. Drive Medical ships almost immediately. W Custom products are not cancellable after 24 hours

Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day and White Glove shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.

Credits

Once your return is received, American Quality health Products will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days.

If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call us at 1-855-563-9900 or email us at  [email protected] . We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.

Would this chair work if we had to slide a patient from a hospital bed to the chair?

Do these have wheel locks on the back castors, so the chair can be locked in position (such as at a dining table)?
