Most of our products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned at the customer's expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
Product must be returned in its original packaging. You can purchase new packaging for lift chairs and mobility products by calling customer service at 1-856-563-9900
A Return Authorization must be requested from American Quality health Products within 14 days of actual delivery of the product.
Once an RA has been received, products must be shipped within 5 days.

There are certain products that are custom-made by the manufacturer and are non-returnable:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns! We do not credit shipping charges, insurance, customs charges, or return shipping fees. Restocking fees calculated from your purchase price of the returned items, minus any discounts received.
American Quality Health Products offers free shipping on most all products we sell, however, when an item is returned the original outbound shipping charges are deducted from your credit.
All returned products require a Return Authorization number. You may also call us at 1-855-563-9900 or email us at information@americanqualityhealthproducts.com to request an RA number. Please include your order number, name and the item number you are returning.
PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RA number will not be credited. To receive credit, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the RA Number and shipping information were provided by Americanqualityhealthproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Unless American Quality health Products made an error, return freight is the customer's responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RA number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, American Quality health Products reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. In addition, if a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed, American Quality health Products will institute a $15 fee per missed scheduled pickup.
White glove shipping is non-refundable, even if item is returned.
Cancelled Orders
Orders placed online can be cancelled prior to the order being processed and sent to the delivery queue shipping. Some of our manufacturers i.e. Drive Medical ships almost immediately. W Custom products are not cancellable after 24 hours
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day and White Glove shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
Credits
Once your return is received, American Quality health Products will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days.
If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call us at 1-855-563-9900 or email us at information@americanqualityhealthproducts.com . We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.

Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Mattresses are not returnable. You would be responsible for shipping fees back to the warehouse and there is a 17% restocking fee.
Is it adjustable distance from floor to the top of mattress for the root assist bed, I mean to raise the high of the bed
It is not adjustable up and down in relationship to the floor.

No, the White Glove service is an additional $395.00. They would bring the bed to your home, set it up, show you how it works and take away all the trash.
