Invacare CS7 Full Electric Long Term Care Bed 500 lbs

The Invacare CS7 bed has become the industry standard for long-term care beds. With an Auto Contour feature that simultaneously raises both the head and the knees, residents stay comfortably in place while being better positioned for reading, watching TV or talking to family members. The simultaneous movement also helps prevent painful skin shearing that might otherwise occur during repositioning. The CS7 is a full electric hospital bed with an ergonomic hand pendant that is waterproof and designed with bright universal symbols, allowing the user to easily operate the comfort controls of the bed.

Bed End Options: The CS7 offers three choices of bed ends: Amherst style, Amherst style with a built in attendant control panel, and Drake Style. The Amherst bed ends come in 5 finishes: Solar Oak, Biltmore Cherry, Amber Cherry, Williamsburg Cherry, and African Walnut. The Amherst bed ends WITH the built in Attendant Control Panel come in 2 finishes: Biltmore Cherry and Solar Oak. The Drake bed ends come in 3 finishes: Amber Cherry, Biltmore Cherry, and Solar Oak.

Rail Options: The CS7 has four different options for bed rails: no rails; an assist rail; an assist bar; or Thinksoft positioning software. The assist rail is a half rail mounted to the midsection of the bed, featuring an easy pull knob for three-way positioning: Guard, Assist and Transfer. The assist bar is designed for assisting users in and out of bed with an easy pull knob release that quickly folds out of the way with two-way positioning. Thinksoft positioning rails rotate with the head deck, making it easy for residents to reposition themselves.

The 10-function Attendant Control Panel (ACP) allows for users and family members to operate all functions of the bed from the footboard. ACP allows for locking out any or all functions of the hand control directly from the footboard.
