Most of our products may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be subject to a 17% restocking fee. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

TWO-YEAR FULL WARRANTY – INCLUDING LABOR

For two (2) years from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Afikim Electric Vehicle to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
 Main Frame
 Seat Post
 Tiller Frame
 Bearings, Bushings
 Harnesses
 Power units
 Controllers
 Chargers
 Electronic items – Front board, Display Board, Front light, Rear lights, Blinkers, USB charger etc.
 Of The Shelf items – Switches, key switch, brakes, fuses, Gas piston, Shock absorbers, Potentiometer, Speed Sensors, Fork etc.
