How is it on hills. (i may have asked and gotten an answer on this, but i've lost track). i live up a pretty steep hill. i've heard it is 20 degrees in spots. I need something that can manage that.

How do you open the seat for storage
Underneath the seat is the circuit
breaker, battery access, and a locked
storage compartment. To access this
compartment, turn the key counter
clockwise while in the off position. Do
not push the key inwards.
