The Victory 9 3-Wheel comes standard with a delta tiller which is designed to minimize hand fatigue while making steering a breeze. The easy-to-grip delta tiller is ideal for users with limited hand dexterity, since it gives you great steering accuracy without requiring you to fully wrap your hands around the tiller. The control panel features large controls which are easy to use.
