The bed itself is very nice. I am glad I bought. The salesperson was very polite and knowledgeable. The bed was sent by the manufacturer in no time. Unfortunately it sat with the local White Glove delivery company for nearly 10 days while I was already paying rent for the facility where that my wife would move to. All attempts to track and expedite the process through the Company that sold us the bed were fruitless. They simply had no idea of the bed whereabouts and kept on saying that we should be hearing from the delivery company “ today or tomorrow”. Finally, after 10 days we were contacted by the delivery company and they came to install the bed. Not a single instruction paper or pamphlet for assembly or use came with the product. After guessing how to put the bed together the white glove delivery crew left. Unfortunately I found out too late that I should have asked them to mount both side rails which due to the lack of instructions I didn’t. Subsequently an instruction manual was sent to me by electronic mail but only after I had dismissed the white glove installation crew. In all, the bed is quite nice although the option of mattresses is inadequate and the service as described above is quite lacking.

The Supernal Hi-Low offers two styles of world-class mattresses for supreme comfort: the Ascent or Soft Touch mattress.

The Ascent Hospital Bed Mattress is a firm hospital bed mattress made with state-of-the art progressive laminated foams to provide a healthy skin environment. The edges of the mattress are extra firm to prevent users slipping off the mattress. The mattress is designed with sleep technologies that promote excellent comfort and healthy bedding solutions. 

  • Border edge protection to prevent slipping
  • Zipper construction for easy cover replacement
  • No flipping required
  • Low profile: 6" tall
  • Meets federal fire protection laws

 

The Soft Touch Memory Foam Mattress is made of cool, form-fitting memory foam that conforms to the shape of the person who is using it. The edges of the mattress are extra firm to prevent users slipping off the mattress. Memory foam users credit their wholesome night’s rest to the absolute comfort of the soft memory foam.
