Lift Chairs
Delivery times for lift chairs vary based on the model, fabric, and selected options. Chairs with fabric choices typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Chairs ordered with heat and/or massage options, as well as other custom or heavy-duty models, generally take 3–6 weeks to arrive..

Lift chairs are delivered via freight carrier. Once your chair reaches the local facility, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Power Wheelchairs
Most travel, folding, and standard power wheelchairs ship within 1–3 business days. Custom models with non-standard seat sizes or additional options may take 1–2 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer.

Travel and folding power wheelchairs are delivered via UPS or FedEx and do not require a signature. Full-size power wheelchairs are shipped via freight carrier. Once the wheelchair reaches the local facility, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Scooters
Some travel scooters ship via FedEx or UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Larger travel scooters and most medium to full-sized models from Pride Mobility or Drive Medical are delivered via freight carrier within 6–10 business days.

Custom options on full-sized Pride scooters—such as special seating sizes, flat-free tires, lighting packages, or turn signals—are considered custom orders and may take 1–3 weeks to ship. Pacesaver scooters are built to order and generally ship within approximately 2 weeks.

All medium and full-sized scooters are delivered by freight carrier. Once the scooter reaches the local freight facility, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is a premium service available on select items, designed to provide extra assistance with delivery, setup, and cleanup. With this option, your new product is delivered into your home at a scheduled time, fully assembled, tested, and placed exactly where you want it. All packaging materials are removed.

This service is ideal for customers who prefer additional help with setup or are sending a product to an out-of-town family member or friend who may need support getting the item safely installed in their home.

What to Expect with White Glove Delivery:

Your product is shipped from the manufacturer to a local delivery agent in your area.
The agent inspects the item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and is fully functional.
You’ll be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery time.
During delivery, the agent will:
Bring the product into your home
Unpack and fully assemble it
Set it up in your desired location
Test all functions to ensure proper operation
Remove all packaging materials
