Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS and will arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days.

Beds

Leave the warehouse typically 2-7 days

White Glove delivery is recommended for the heavier beds and adds 1-2 weeks for delivery

 

Custom Wheelchairs

Custom wheelchairs typically take 2 to 5 weeks to arrive. Please call us for specific delivery times regarding your order.

 

Lift Chairs

Lift chairs can take 5 business days to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on the model, fabric, and options you select. If a specific fabric choice is "In Stock," it is indicated in the color selection area and will leave the warehouse within 3 business days. Please note that any lift chair ordered with heat and/or massage options will take 5 to 8 weeks for delivery. Other custom chairs, such as heavy-duty models, can also take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Lift chairs are delivered via freight carrier. Once the chair arrives at their facility in your area, the freight carrier will call you to arrange a specific delivery time.

**Power Wheelchairs**

 

Most travel, folding, and standard power wheelchairs are dispatched from the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. However, custom chairs with non-standard seat sizes or other personalized options may take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the manufacturer.

 

Travel power wheelchairs and folding power wheelchairs are shipped via UPS or FedEx and do not require a signature upon delivery. In contrast, full-size power wheelchairs are delivered by a freight carrier. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a specific delivery time once the power wheelchair arrives at their facility in your area.

**Scooters**

 

Travel scooters can typically be shipped via FedEx or UPS, and they usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Larger travel scooters are typically delivered within 6 to 10 business days using a freight carrier. Most medium to full-sized scooters from Pride Mobility or Drive Medical are also delivered within 6 to 10 business days.

 

Some accessories for full-sized Pride scooters, such as special seating sizes, flat-free tires, lighting packages, or turn signal packages, are considered custom orders. These accessories may take 1 to 3 weeks to leave the warehouse.

 

All medium and full-size scooters are delivered via freight carrier. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a specific delivery time once the scooter has arrived at their facility in your area.


Some items require freight delivery, including:

 

- Large scooters

- Lift chairs

- Power wheelchairs (excluding travel and folding power chairs)

- Scooter and wheelchair lifts

- Patient lifts

- Beds

- Standing frames

- Stair lifts

- Pool lifts

- Non-folding wheelchairs

 

These items will be delivered via a freight company and should arrive within 5 to 7 business days after leaving the manufacturer. The freight company will contact you when your item arrives at their facility in your area to schedule a convenient delivery time.

For orders under $100, there will be a standard ground shipping fee of $11.95. Please note that certain rural zip codes and areas in New York and Maine may incur additional delivery charges.

International shipping is available but needs a quote. We ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but we require a final destination to provide shipping estimates.

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Smaller packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground with tracking and drop-off without a signature. If you prefer delivery  with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.

 

Larger items such as Power Wheel chairs, scooter,s and lift chairs, etc., are sent by common carrier and can take anywhere from 2 days to 7 days to leave the factory and an additional 4 days to 2 weeks to hit your destination. Custom products can take as long as 30 days to build

 

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery service that delivers the product into your home, at a time that you schedule, and unpacks and removes all packaging materials.

Here is what you can expect with White Glove Delivery:

  1.      Your product will be shipped from the manufacturer to your home or facility.

  2.      The white glove agent will contact you to schedule a delivery time for your item.

  3.      At the designated delivery time, the agent will

o    bring your new product into your home

o    unpack it completely

o    set it up where you request

o    remove any packaging material

 

 

When is White Glove Delivery Recommended?

If you do not have help and will be receiving your delivery alone, you may want to consider White Glove Delivery.

Since some items are very heavy and come in large boxes, you may need some assistance receiving your delivery.

If an item requires assistance to be assembled, we recommend White Glove Delivery. 

We highly recommend finding a friend or family member first, but if this is not possible, White Glove Delivery is recommended.

Please also keep all packing material for the first 30 days, just in case you wish to return your item.

We will not accept any returns that are not in the original packaging.

We also don’t accept any returns on builder’s chairs.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is a premium service that brings your product directly into your home at a time you schedule. The delivery team will unpack your item and remove all packaging materials.

What to Expect with White Glove Delivery:

  1. Your product will be shipped from the manufacturer to your home or facility.

  2. A White Glove agent will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

  3. At the scheduled delivery time, the agent will:

  7. Remove all packaging materials

  10. If you are receiving your delivery alone and do not have any help, consider choosing White Glove Delivery.

  11. For larger and heavier items, assistance may be necessary. 

  12. If the item requires assembly, we recommend opting for White Glove Delivery.  While we encourage you to ask a friend or family member for assistance, White Glove Delivery is a good alternative if this is not possible.
