Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and typically arrive within 3–6 business days. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $11.95 applies.
Note: Additional charges may apply for rural zip codes and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, New York, and Maine. International shipping is available — please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Timeframes by Product
Beds
Most beds leave the warehouse within 2–7 business days. White Glove Delivery is recommended for heavier beds and adds 1–2 weeks to the delivery timeline.
Lift Chairs
Delivery times range from 5 business days to 8 weeks depending on the model, fabric, and options selected. In-stock fabric choices leave the warehouse within 3 business days. Lift chairs ordered with heat and/or massage options take 5–8 weeks. Heavy-duty and custom models may take 3–4 weeks. Lift chairs are delivered via freight carrier, who will contact you to schedule a delivery time once your item arrives at their local facility.
Power Wheelchairs
Most travel, folding, and standard power wheelchairs ship within 1–3 business days. Custom chairs with non-standard seat sizes or personalized options may take 1–2 weeks. Travel and folding power wheelchairs ship via UPS or FedEx and do not require a signature. Full-size power wheelchairs are delivered by freight carrier, who will call to schedule delivery.
Custom Products
Custom wheelchairs typically take 2–5 weeks to arrive. Please call us for specific delivery estimates.
Scooters
Travel scooters ship via FedEx or UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Larger travel scooters and most medium to full-size scooters (Pride Mobility, Drive Medical) are delivered within 6–10 business days via freight carrier. Custom accessories — such as special seating, flat-free tires, or lighting packages — may take 1–3 weeks to ship. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery once your scooter arrives at their local facility.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is a premium service that brings your product directly into your home at a scheduled time. The delivery team will unpack your item, set it up where you'd like, and remove all packaging materials.
What to Expect
- Your product ships from the ware house to your home or facility.
- A White Glove agent contacts you to schedule a delivery time.
- At the scheduled time, the agent will bring your item inside, unpack it completely, set it up in your desired location, and remove all packaging materials.
Pricing & Limitations
White Glove Delivery pricing covers first-floor delivery only. Additional charges will be quoted for obstacles such as turning staircases, second-floor delivery, stairlifts, narrow doorways or hallways, removal or relocation of existing furniture, or extended railings.
When Is White Glove Delivery Recommended?
Consider White Glove Delivery if you are receiving your order alone, if the item is large or heavy, or if assembly assistance is needed. We always recommend asking a friend or family member first — but if that's not possible, White Glove Delivery is a great option.
Please note: White Glove Delivery generally adds 5–7 business days to your total delivery time. Service may be limited or unavailable in some remote or rural areas.
Returns & Packaging
Please keep all original packaging materials for the first 30 days in case you need to return your item. We cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original packaging. Returns on builder's chairs are not accepted.
