Return Policy

We accept most returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once the packaging has been opened or unsealed. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• White glove shipping and expedited shipping are not refundable once the product has shipped
• Accidental add-on warranties, Accidental Protection from CPS, are not refundable once the product is shipped

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.
