Description
Tilt-a-Rack scooter carriers are designed for transporting a powerchair or mobility scooter using a vehicle’s 2″ Class III hitch receiver. Each rack tilts on an angle for easy loading and unloading without the need for ramps. Between uses, the Tilt-a-Rack folds vertically against the vehicle bumper for storage and transport. Tilt-a-Rack Carriers feature a built-in deck extender to reduce the angle of incline, a solid deck surface, pinch-bolt attachment to eliminate sway during use, and multiple tie-down points for securing a powerchair or mobility scooter easily. Description
The 6’ long retractable ratchet strap makes it easy to secure a powerchair, scooter, or other cargo to a carrier. The strap features a large, easy-to-grip handle and a plastic cover to keep the strap neat while preventing fingers from getting caught in the ratcheting mechanism.

Bogie Wheel
The bogie wheel enables one-person installation, removal and movement of the Tilt-a-Rack mobility scooter carrier. The bogie wheel attaches to the hitch shank with an easy to use pin and clip system and allows the carrier be moved around in a fashion similar to a wheelbarrow.
