I HAVE A BTMWAY METOR M1 4 WHELL ELECTRIC SCOOTER. IT SHOW FULL BATTERY CHARGE BUT WILL NOT MOVE BUT A FEW FEET AT A VERY LOW SPEED AND BATTERY INDICATOR INDICATES THE BATTERIES ARE DISCHARGED. I PURCHASED THE 4 SCOOTER IN OCTOBER 2022 FROM WALMART. I GET TWO BEEPING SOUNDS AFTER TRYING TO RUN THE SCOOTER. NOW HOW DO I REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK FROM THE SCOOTER. THE MANUAL KEEPS TALKING ABOUT A BATTERY PIN THAT MUST BE REMOVED TO REMOVE BATTERY PACK. WHERE IS THIS DEVICE LOCATED AND WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE. i HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND IT AND CAN NOT REMOVE BATTERY PACK. THE MANUAL IS NOT VERY CLEAR ABOUT HOW TO DO THIS.
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. SHOULD THE BATTERY PACK BE DEPLETED IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR?
